We also know that things happen and sometimes a retainer can be lost or broken. Typically, a replacement can cost $340 or more per retainer!!
Our KeepItStraight Club is designed to protect your smile—and your wallet. This program allows you to receive a replacement retainer for a nominal fee. As a member, you are entitled to two (2) retainers per year. There are no rollovers, and there is a $35 co-pay per retainer.

Benefits of the KeepItStraight Club
Your 5-year KeepItStraight Club membership includes:
- Up to two replacement retainers per year (regular cost is $340 each)
- No rollovers allowed
- $35 co-pay per replacement retainer (after first year)
- Coverage is for lost or broken retainers designed to maintain your smile after orthodontic treatment
- Retainers are made from the final scan when treatment is complete. There is an estimated week turnaround time for retainer production

How it Works
Your membership is $795 and lasts for five years from date of purchase.
At the conclusion of your treatment, we take a digital scan of your teeth and keep it securely filed. If you have been diligent with retainer wear, we can fabricate a new retainer from that scan. If a new scan is required there will be an additional charge of $85 per arch. If unexpected tooth movement occurs due to improper or infrequent retainer wear, additional treatment may be suggested with accompanying fees.
KeepItStraight Club fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Not included are retainers with a prosthetic tooth.

Co-pays of $35 per replacement apply after the first year. Membership covers up to two replacements per year — no rollovers.
For most members, the program begins paying for itself by the third replacement. The greater value, though, is knowing exactly what retainer protection will cost you over the next five years.
Who Can Join the KeepItStraight Club
The KeepItStraight Club is open to anyone who wants reliable retainer protection — whether you completed your orthodontic treatment with us or you're new to Lippitz Orthodontics.
- Current Lippitz Orthodontics patients — We already have your final digital scan on file. You can enroll at any visit, and your replacement retainers will be made from your existing scan.
- New to Lippitz Orthodontics — You're welcome to join. We'll take a quick digital scan at your first visit ($85 per arch), and you'll be set up with the program from there.
Membership covers anyone with a custom retainer designed to maintain alignment after orthodontic treatment.
What Happens After Year Five
As your five-year membership nears its end, our team will reach out to discuss your next step – most members renew or update their plan. Because we keep your digital scan securely on file, continuing your retainer protection is straightforward — no need to start over.
If you've maintained consistent retainer wear throughout the program, your existing scan often remains valid for future replacements. If any movement has occurred, we'll discuss whether a new scan or other adjustments are needed.
